Payment & Cancellation Policy

We believe clear expectations create calm, supportive care for families.  Please review the information below before your session. 

Payment Policy

 

⚠️ Payment is due at the time of service.


Preferred payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • HSA or FSA card
  • Zelle: send payment to info@thefeedingfix.com
  • Cash


It is required to have a credit card on file. This also helps to ensure seamless scheduling, payment, and uninterrupted care.  

Cancellation Policy

 

⚠️ 24-Hour Notice Required


We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Free cancellation with 24+ hours' notice via email, phone, text or patient portal messenger.  
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a cancellation fee, the cost of the session. 
  • No refunds or rescheduling for late cancellations
  • Package sessions must be used within the specified timeframe
  • Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis


We understand that life happens! Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
