Christina Conte, M.S. CCC-SLP, CNT is a licensed and certified Speech Language Pathologist, Certified Neonatal Therapist, and Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing Specialist. She is the founder of The Feeding Fix and a mom who deeply understands the stress of feeding challenges. Christina combines clinical expertise with personal experience to help families build safe, confident, and joyful feeding routines.
Christina has nearly two decades of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist and has spent 12 years as a NICU/PICU SLP specializing in neurodevelopmental care and feeding and swallowing challenges. Her expertise includes working with premature babies, medically fragile infants, and children with swallowing and feeding disorders.
Her work in NICUs and PICUs has strengthened her advanced skills in infant feeding, swallowing disorders, bottle and breastfeeding support, and early oral-motor development. She is known for her calm, compassionate, and family-centered approach, which helps parents feel supported from the very first session.
Her private practice began in 2023 after navigating her own son's feeding struggles. She experienced breastfeeding difficulties, slow weight gain, tongue and lip tie, torticollis, plagiocephaly, and the need for outpatient therapy services. Because of this, she understands firsthand what parents go through when a baby or toddler is struggling to feed. Christina believes that families deserve clear guidance, emotional support, and practical strategies they can trust.
Today, Christina provides individualized evidence-based feeding therapy as well as comprehensive and compassionate family-centered care for infants and toddlers experiencing concerns such as breastfeeding challenges, bottle refusal, starting solids, picky eating, swallowing disorders, oral-motor delays, weaning from tube feeding, tethered oral tissues, helping babies transition from NICU to home feeding, and complex medical feeding needs. She partners closely with parents and other care providers to create simple, individualized plans that promote comfort, confidence, and long-term feeding success.
The Feeding Fix helps families locally through in office and home-based visits. Every plan is family-centered and includes education for parents, designed to help each child grow, thrive, and enjoy mealtimes.
